Three years have quietly passed since the debut of Kapatovo Chardonnay 2020. This limited series wine is crafted from the first-grade white grapes planted at KAPATOVO Family Estate back in 2008. The grapes have been meticulously nurtured, specially selected, and carefully thinned to achieve the most suitable indicators for an excellent wine. The wine has aged for over 6 months in French oak barrels, Ermitage and Berthomieu.
The body is rounded and juicy. The taste is long-lasting, thanks to the still pronounced freshness and minerality. Aromas of white peach, ripe citrus, and white flowers complemented by a spicy mix of spices, nuts, and vanilla. It pairs well with seafood and sushi.
