KAPATOVO Rakia is a new product in the KAPATOVO Family Estate 1992 portfolio. Rakia is a wine distillate from red grape varieties only – Grenache, Mourvèdre, Marselan. After the column distillation, rakia matures in Bulgarian oak casks for 6 months to soften its taste and gain colour.
The grapes used for the wine distillate are 100% grown in the Struma valley, in the KAPATOVO Family Estate 1992 vineyards.
