We are proud to share that our rosé was awarded a gold medal at the prestigious Balkan Wine Competition 2025 — a well-deserved recognition that comes as a natural result of our ongoing pursuit of refinement. With each passing year, we continue to build upon the style and character of our rosé, and today it is more elegant, expressive, and memorable than ever.

Kapatovo Rosé is a captivating blend of Grenache and Mourvèdre. The grapes (approximately 60% Grenache and 40% Mourvèdre) were hand-harvested on the same day, at the end of August.

We avoided skin contact to preserve a delicate flavor profile. The clarified (cold-settled) juice fermented for three weeks at a moderately low temperature. After several months of aging on fine lees, the wine was bottled before spring arrived, minimizing handling and preserving freshness.

The color is a pale, graceful pink. The aromas evoke red berries with subtle spicy undertones. On the palate, it is juicy, brightly mineral, and refreshingly balanced. The fruit character carries through to a long, clean finish. Its crisp and dry style makes it a versatile companion to nearly any dish.
