After many years dedicated to blends, we decided to develop a series of single varietal wines. We started with classic and well-known varieties – Shiraz and Chardonnay.

The logical continuation was to try a specific variety, known more as part of blends. Petit Verdot 2021 from the Melnik region is an interesting combination of a characteristic French variety with a magnificent Bulgarian terroir.
