Kapatovo Shiraz Reserve 2019 – a limited wine series, produced from grapes from the oldest vines in the Kapatovo orchards and vineyards. The grapes were grown with diligent everyday care, special selection and careful sorting, so as to achieve the best features of an excellent wine. The wine aged for 12 months in Saury Classic oak casks.

The wine is medium to heavy bodied, yet with a long aftertaste. A feeling of ripe and carefully extracted tannins stands out, supplemented by concentrated fresh aromas in the taste. The fruit aromas of blackberries and morello cherry are supplemented by a piquant aroma of black pepper and vanilla. The wine will develop its potential in the bottle in the next few years.
