Kapatovo Syrah Reserve 2021 was awarded a Silver Medal at the Decanter World Wine Awards 2025 – the most prestigious wine competition in the world.
This is the second consecutive recognition for this wine, following the 2020 vintage, which also received a Silver Medal at last year’s competition and was honored as the “Best Wine from the Struma Valley.”
These accolades reflect the consistent, high quality of our wines across different vintages.

A limited-edition wine crafted from grapes grown on the oldest vines in our Kapatovo Vineyards. The fruit was carefully cultivated with daily attention, meticulously selected and hand-thinned to achieve optimal ripeness and balance. The wine was aged for over 12 months in French oak barrels by Saury Classic.

The body is medium to full, with a long and elegant finish. The palate reveals ripe, well-integrated tannins and concentrated, fresh fruit flavors. Notes of blackberries and sour cherries are enriched by a spicy touch of black pepper and delicate vanilla.
With time in the bottle, this wine will continue to evolve beautifully and reveal its full potential.
