The Kapatovo Rosé is an attractive combination of Grenache and Mourvèdre. The grapes (approx. 60% Grenache and 40% Mourvèdre) were picked in a single day in the end of August.

We did not process the skins in order to shape a gentle taste.  The cold-cleared juice fermented for three weeks at a moderately low temperature. After several months of ageing on the fine lees, we poured the wine in bottles, before the beginning of the spring, in order to avoid unnecessary manipulations or loss of freshness.

The colour is pale pink. The aromas are of red fruit with slight spicy nuances. The wine is juicy, clearly mineral and with balanced freshness. The fruity taste dominates the long finish. The fresh and dry style makes it suitable for almost any meal.
