KAPATOVO Grenache, Mourvèdre and Shiraz (GMS) is the last coupage of KAPATOVO Family Estate. As soon as it was released on the market, the wine was appreciated by the wine aficionados and was included in the Divino Top 50 ranking for Bulgarian wines. Vintage 2021 won a Silver medal at the Decanter international competition.

All grapes for this wine were manually sorted.

While creating this wine we selected grapes with matured tannins, yet with preserved freshness of the aromas. After careful cracking of the grapes, the fermentation took place for a bit more than two weeks, together with the skins. We were extremely careful to extract the taste, in order to keep the balance and the harmony of the body.

As a result, we produced wine with an intensive fruit aroma. The taste combines spices and delicate savour. Velvet touch and gentle tannins. The finish leaves a long memory of red fruit.

The wine is suitable for fruit salads or cheeses, even as an aperitif, moderately cooled (12-14 degrees).
