This is the classical KAPATOVO blend and the first red wine marketed by the brand.

For 12 years so far KAPATOVO SPVP has been holding in a single glass the specificities of the climate and the soil in the region. While creating this wine we selected grapes with matured tannins, yet with preserved freshness of the aromas.

Whole-bunch fermentation, in contact with the skins, took place for about three weeks. The temperature of fermentation was 27 degrees, which entailed a smooth and balanced, yet powerful extraction of body and colour. The wine ages in French oak casks for about 10 months. The purpose is to make the grapes characteristics dominant and stress on the terroir character of the wine. As a result, we produced wine with an intensive fruit aroma. The taste combines spices and some savour. Velvet touch and condensed tannins. The finish leaves a long memory of red fruit, skin, herbs and spices. The wine is suitable for red meat and cheeses. Serving temperature – 16 – 18 degrees.
